Who we are?

We are a law office that provides legal services in  a digital era.

The basis is a high QUALITY of provided legal services which requires INDIVIDUAL and FLEXIBLE approach of the law office to every client. The aim of provided legal services is primarily EFFECTIVENESS of the searched solution that meets clients’ ASSIGNMENTS helping to their SATISFACTION and CREATION of a long-term relationship with them.

What we offer?

Kmoch Legal, attorneys-at-law, s.r.o., provides legal services especially in the area of of Contracts law, IT law, Internet law, IP law, Corporate law, Real estate law and in the area of related areas of law (especially civil law, protection of personal data, law aspects of labor law).

We also offer lectures and/or seminars aimed atthe practical needs of our clients within the relevant area of law.

Our fee?

In most cases we offer our clients the total price (CAP) for the required legal services which is agreed with the client beforehand. If such total price cannot be estimated due to the required task the hourly rate of not specialized agenda starts usually at 2.500,- CZK + VAT for 1 hour of legal services. We also offer our clients monthly rate within which we offer our clients comprehensive legal services according to our clients’ needs.
